How can we ensure confidentiality?
Our online booking system is secure and our service is completely confidential. Your audio files are 256-bit encrypted during transfer through our online system and your account will be password protected and no one will know your password but you. Our team of audio transcribers are entirely UK-based and have signed confidentiality agreements. We can provide you with a non-disclosure agreement, or if you have any further security or confidentiality requirements then please let us know.

How long does it take to transcribe an hour of audio?
It takes a good transcriber approximately five hours to transcribe and quality check an hour of clear multi-speaker medical audio. It will take longer if the quality of the audio provided is poor.
How long will it take and what are the costs?
We offer a range of turnarounds from 24 hours to 14 days. We transcribe in an intelligent verbatim style, unless fully verbatim is specifically requested. We also include a time stamp on all inaudibles and once a page.
What is your transcription style?
Our transcription style is ‘intelligent verbatim’. Please indicate on the booking form if you require ‘fully verbatim’. If our format does not meet your requirements then we are happy to talk through formatting styles with you at no additional cost. We time stamp every page of your transcript for easy reference.
What if I am not happy with the quality of the transcripts?
If you find any errors we will amend and thoroughly check through the transcript once more. We guarantee excellent accuracy and strive to produce high quality and beneficial transcripts which are fully quality checked before being returned to you.
